Rural Services Scotland Ltd (RSS) is a co-operative of farmers, contractors and rural businesses. Established in 1989, with the concept of pooling resources and sharing machinery, we have since grown to almost 600 members, scattered throughout the length and breadth of Scotland.
Our main aim is still to put members who can provide a service or do work with their equipment or labour in touch with those who require work to be done. This means that members do not need to incur the expenses involved in owning and maintaining a full complement of equipment and staff.
